The sexual predator arises

From the time he started to study the Bible along with his parents, Daren truly changed his personality and behavior. He became a better son, a better person. But his conscience kept accusing him for what he had done, specially regarding what had happened with the nanny and the German girl. Now, at the age of 9, his parents where pondering returning to Portugal. And it indeed happened. When Daren was 10 years old, his parents returned to Portugal, to the same town they used to live before going to Switzerland. Daren used to fantasizes how things would be, how he would feel relief to run away from that place, where so many bad thing had happened, and have a fresh start, a clean page, a new beginning.

This was what happened in fact for a while. Daren was living a devoted life to godly principles although he was very young. He was even criticized by his neighbors, mocked by his peers at school, even threatened by some of theme for having a different behavior, for not swearing for being well behaved in the classes.

Little by little, though, things started to change. He started to associate more often with his class mates. He wanted to be accepted by his peers. By the age of 15, in his 8th grade, his behavior had completely changed, mainly at school, where he was behaving like his colleagues, swearing, going with his mates to forbidden areas of the School to smoke, although he never smoked. Disobeying some school rules, destroying School property and so on. He managed to be well regarded among the teachers and auxiliary staff. They viewed him as an example of good behavior.

Even at home, although his relationship with his parents was not perfect, he managed to be seen as a godly devoted person. His parents never suspected, at that point, that he was developing a double life - one at home and at his church and another one at school. Even Daren wasn´t aware of it at that time.

Time passed by, and Daren moved to high School. There he met those who would become his friends for a long. With this friends he started to drink, go out and deepen his double life. Its was also here where he first had contact with the virtual world.

Daren had a school mate who was really good at School. He was also really good with computers at a time when internet was become widespread in Portugal and being made available to the population in general. Also by that time Daren bought his first computer and had internet installed at home.

This classmate showed Daren and the other mates the one of the first Chat Platforms in Portugal, called IRC. During these IT classes they would spend the time chatting with people, mainly girls, pretending sometimes to be someone else, sharing pictures, etc... Daren once comment this with his parents, about pretending to be someone else in theses IRC Chat rooms, but they didn´t gave much consideration to it. 

Now  Daren´s double life was starting to cause him troubles. He would be an exemplary young man at his church but was starting to live a life of debauchery outside the church. If till he was 16 years old his parent´s wouldn´t allowed him to go out at night to bars, he was now going and getting drunk, often throwing up at home, in his room or in the bathroom, with his mother crying wondering where she had failed.  This double life was so profound, that one time he came home, drunk, at 4 am and at 8 am was ready for church activities, as if nothing had happened in the previous night. He would go out with friends from his church, and criticize them for going to certain places, keeping an appearance of godly devoted person, putting himself above the others, while at the same time he was doing worse then them. You can ask yourselves what where his parents doing at that time? They where godly devoted people. His father had responsibilities in the church. So why did they let them perusing that course? 

Daren knew that what he was doing was wrong, and at one point he was even rebuked by the people in charge in his church and lost some of his privileges at it. He tried to change. But not the good way. instead of changing his way of thinking, he just decided to hid his actions. The sociopath was arising. He would live this double life in a major way: One life in the real world, another life in the virtual world. 

With his relationship with God falling apart, his old tendencies came back. He now needed to feel the sexual emotions he had as a child. He was now willing to do whatever was needed to have that pleasure again....
