The beginning

How does it start? How does someone become a sociopath on social networks?

The answer is not linear as some might think it can be. As sociopaths and psychopaths in the "real world", virtual sociopaths or psychopaths have some kind of mental disorder. Most suffered some kind of abuse in their youth that made them to have a negative view on the kind of people who mistreated them. It can be a parent, a relative, someone close to the person when she was very young. Lack of love, low self esteem and the person´s own personality, and develop such anti-social behavior. Also recent  studies show that their maybe some physical structure of the brain that can make the person to have this kin of behavior.

Of course each person, no meter how his life was or the abuses he suffered, makes his own destiny, and can choose either to fall into this ant-social behavior or not!

The case that we will follow in this blog, is about someone who was in did abused as a child, but who for long time didn´t felt the effects of it. Although his mother suffered form chronic depression, he was loved and had a stable family life. He was raised with good principles. His parents where goodly people who thought him Bible principles but never pushed him nor restrained him. They always allowed him to make his own decisions. 

At one point, he was living a double life. In his "real world life", he was a loved and esteemed man in his community and church. He helped people and had many good friends. He had a good wife who loved him. In his "virtual life" he could be anybody, a psychologist, a businessman, a writer, you name it. in this life he would be single or divorced. he would use his victims to obtain sexual pleasure, not caring about their feelings and how he was affecting them psychologically. He did this to dozens of women from his late teens on.

This man was sexual predator. Luckily for his victims and for him, he never left that "virtual world" or the damage that he caused could have been even worse.
